#SOL14 - Looking Ahead

The end of this weekend is the start of a week that is far too busy for my comfort level. Paper due, testing days, after-school appointments, meetings, Writing Project event, work deadlines, and more. This on top of my need to spend an hour a day between walking and pilates to continue to work on my home-brewed physical therapy program to combat the dread fibromyalgia aches and pains that seem to linger more than they stray.

Too many things, too little time.

Days like these make me want to curl up and hide. I know it will all be fine, each day compartmentalized into a series of lists and checkmarks, but for now, looking ahead, it's overwhelming.

I suppose it's time to make my lists -- one for each day of the week. Seeing everything laid out visually somehow helps the buzzing that begins in my brain when I'm thinking of everything I need to do.

But lists can wait for the morning. First, sleep. It looks like my goal of getting an extra hour of sleep each night may have to wait another week...
