My toes and nose are cold. Yes, are. I have been running the heater at 70. I can't get away from the feeling that my blood has been replaced with ice. It doesn't matter how warm I make a room, my fingertips still sting with cold and I shiver, pulling another blanket up around me.

And no, I don't feel sick. I haven't got the flu or anything like that.

I'm just cold. I'm running the heater in my car, and it's over 70 degrees outside today.

Whoever stole my temperature regulator, kindly return it. I'm turning into a popcicle.
