So my mom says that the puppy belongs to the neighbors (sorry, Lauren!), but they haven't been home since Friday afternoon or evening. Which means they left their puppy out in their backyard and just assumed the very tiny living being would be fine. Nice. I have no idea where they are and no idea what to do. I sincerely don't need a puppy right now and I really don't think they do either -- yeah, I'm thinking I have the right to decide this.
Argh! People.
